What is AddGlow? 

AddGlow is software to help brands foster community on their own website. Anyone can view content from the community, but you need to create an account in order to post (text or photos) or engage (like or comment). Community members can ask specific questions about products, or initiate general discussions from trends to learning more about the brand.

What is the code of conduct?

  1. Be Kind. No bullying is tolerated. Posts with sexual, hateful, or violent content will automatically be deleted. 
  2. No inappropriate or affiliate links. Do not post links to other e-commerce websites. 

What is my profile?

Your bio is an opportunity to introduce yourself to other members of the community. We recommend including links to your social media profiles to help others get a better sense of the type of content you create. Additionally, brands may reach out to you about potential collaboration opportunities if they find your profile and content interesting.

How do I share feature requests?

If you have feature requests for the AddGlow software, please reach out to support@addglow.com.

How do I delete my account?
